Job Opening:Clerical/Office SupportJob Location:Elmira, NYStatus:Part Time (about 15 hours a week), 2 days/week – Mondays and Thursdays
Per NYS DOH mandate, all home care agency staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID, unless they have a medical exemption from their doctor. Boosters encouraged.
DUTIES: Clerical/Office Support person will answer the phone and assist callers, greet office visitors, distribute supplies to employees that stop by the office, greet employment applicants and hand out applications, and assist in setting up job interviews with prospective applicants. Will be responsible for general office tasks like computer usage, filing, and ordering supplies. Other duties may be assigned by the Administrator. Room for growth depending on aptitude.
Reliable transportation required
Must have a functional knowledge of office equipment like computers/copier/scanner/fax
Previous office experience preferred but not required
Customer service experience preferred
Must be 18 or older, and have a high school diploma or equivalent
