JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of administrative and customer service functions to the Director for Diversity and Inclusion, and the Director of Patient Experience and AVP of Operations. Duties include, but are not limited to preparing handouts, scheduling meetings, recording and typing minutes, creating program flyers, summarizing evaluations, and assisting In maintaining the Diversity and Inclusion department presence on the CBMC portal and complete dashboards. Assists with creating an inclusive environment, and a culture that proactlvely focuses on customer service.
EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Business school preferred or related administrative experience.
Knowledge of medical terminoloy preferred.
Minimum five years administrative assistant experience preferred.
Complete knowledge of office procedures required.
Six months to demonstrate an understanding and application of departmental procedures and policies.
Proficiency in excel and ability to create dashboards
