Job Description Summary: This role will be joining the Venmo App-Powered Commerce marketing team as the Marketing Lifecycle Specialist, responsible for driving Venmo side hustler, small business, and charity growth. You will partner on strategy and lead execution on email, in-app, and push campaigns to drive merchant and consumer acquisition and engagement. You will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders on across product and creative, determining audience segmentation and triggers with the Analytics team, and measuring the performance of campaigns at various parts of the funnel. You will be a key stakeholder determining the E2E touchpoints and test your way into the optimal journey for Venmo users, while always putting the user first. Job Description: Responsibilities: - Execute and implement email, in app, push campaigns through our automation technology tools: Braze & Simon Data - Work with Analytics to develop the segmentation for the various campaigns and dashboards to measure the results - Interface and manage relationship with multiple internal and external creative teams and partners - Help lead the content strategy for the lifecycle campaigns in partnership with our designers & content strategist - Analyze campaign results and determine actionable next steps for optimizing the user journey - Distill campaign results and takeaways for leadership team - Deploy A/B test to drive the most effective ROI and incremental lift throughout the entire funnel - Work with lifecycle team lead to prioritize various campaign requests based on reach, impact, confidence, and level of effort; manage backlog of all lifecycle asks - Refine integrations of various marketing tools to ensure campaign tracking and proper campaign measurement - Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation tools, segmentation tools, etc) Key Skills and Experience - 2-4 years Marketing experience (at least 1 year of lifecycle B2B marketing experience and 1 year of lifecycle/CRM operations experience) - Proven experience of executing lifecycle campaigns that achieve specific business objectives - Proficient in Microsoft tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, used to help identify strategy through data storytelling - Successful track record in working cross functionally & building effective working relationships - Previous experience in Fintech and/or App based company preferred - Solid project management skills - ability to execute on multiple lifecycle campaigns at once - Demonstrated success in an innovative and agile high-growth environment - A strong verbal and written communicator - Bachelor and/or equivalent work experience required - Previous experience with Braze, Simon Data, and Amplitude strongly encouraged but not required Qualities of the person we are after - High energy, passionate, and outcomes/results focused - Positive, team player who is motivated by being part of and succeeding as a team - Outstanding at execution - Demonstrates exceptional ownership and accountability over workstreams Additional Job Description: Subsidiary: PayPal Travel Percent: 0 - PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
