Responsibilities CDPAP Liaison Responsibilities Be responsible for opening up Consumer Directed cases. Be responsible for enrolling the CDPAP Personal Assists into the program and agency. Be responsible to enroll the Consumers and Personal Assistants into the CDPAP Program. Go to the Consumers home to review and process all documentation required for enrollment. Enter all demographic information and schedules for all the Consumers and Personal Assistants into the CDPAP Program into the EMR system. Qualifications CDPAP Liaison Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 to 3 years relevant work experience required Ability to handle simultaneous priorities, managers and projects effectively and with ease Communicate and interact effectively and in a positive, professional manner Use effective English, grammar, and spelling
