Role Details

The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of clerical functions including typing, data entry, scanning, copying, and may support Receptionist or other personnel.

  • Assists in the reconciliation of the monthly operational revenue recognition (Rev Rec).

  • Due diligence support with third party vendor management (Patra, ResoucePro, Taskforce).

  • Manage employee access to various insurance carrier portals.

  • Production reconciliation for Sales Contest.

  • Management of Agency/Carrier Contracts.

  • Supports carrier document downloads

  • Vetting of New Business.

  • Acts as liaison between staff and vendors for servicing of various office machines.

  • Demonstrates proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • 2+ years administrative experience.

  • Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organization and communication skills.
