Dedicated to a person’s whole health, PRO Club combines fitness, luxury, and family fun to provide everything our members need to live their best life. Besides our state-of-the-art fitness and aquatics areas, PRO Club offers a variety of luxury services in our award-winning spa for guests to feel and look their very best.

We are looking for part-time Tuesday or Wednesday 3pm - 9pm Aquatics Front Desk Concierges to be part of our team of service superstars.

As a member of our aquatics guest experience team, you are the face of the brand, a day maker, and the cornerstone of the guests’ entire experience from beginning to end. As an integral role on our team, you have the power to create lasting experiences through exceptional customer service. The right candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, are inspired and passionate about health and wellness, possess a genuine love of people, and enjoy the challenge of making each member’s visit better than their last.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Instills excellent guest service standards in all situations

• Assists members and cast with scheduling lessons/camps and taking payments

• Accurately checks members and guests in for all appointments and/or classes

• Maintains appropriate and timely communication via phone, Aquaticsinfo email, or in person

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Familiarity (or the willingness to learn) appropriate skill progressions from water safety through competent lap swimming in all four strokes to ensure you can assist members with questions and registration.

• You enjoy bringing smiles to other’s faces and take pride in taking care of others.

• You aspire to provide an elevated customer service experience and create long-lasting memorable experiences.

• Your positive attitude shines through and you consistently demonstrate a strong oral and written communication skills with all guests and coworkers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
