As a Lead Business Application Analyst on the Learning and Community team, you are part of the Technology and Operations team that supports the systems and people involved in developing, delivering, and consuming UKG Product learning across all audiences. You are responsible for updating, maintaining, validating, documenting, supporting, and troubleshooting learning environments and labs across one or more UKG product platforms. You will work closely with individuals and teams within and outside of Learning and Community to ensure we provide a great learner experience.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and maintain existing or new UKG software learning environments & labs to meet the needs of internal and external customers, per curriculum requirements and course specifications.

• Document new and updated environment builds and related processes and informs stakeholders of impact.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) inside and outside of the organization.

• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open issues/items. This includes, but is not limited to creation of JIRAs, Service Now incidents, and/or regular and ad hoc meetings with SMEs.

• Support Instructors and Learning Experience Designers expeditiously when there are environmental issues with their labs.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts, working closely with SMEs to provide quick resolution. When an issue is longer term, collaborate with SMEs on remediation/workaround until the error or issue resolves.

• Lead and/or actively participate in cross functional meetings and share knowledge gained with other Tech Ops teammates, Learning Delivery, and Learning Experience Designers.

• Stay current in UKG Product roadmaps, SaaS environment trends, Cloud roadmaps, tools, and technologies which may impact and/or improve the Learning team’s processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a high demand SaaS/Cloud company in a Learning Delivery, Learning Design or Learning Operations role, or a product support role; or similar.

• Working experience with HCM Solutions required; Knowledge of UKG Pro, both Backoffice and Web a plus; knowledge of UKG solutions, technology, and deployment methodology preferred.

• Broad knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Tools, Automation preferred

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Service Now are a plus.

• Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; Experience with Smartsheet is a plus

• Builds networks and relationships quickly; Ability to work well interpersonally cross group and cross-discipline at various levels up through executives, as well as influence and manage without direct authority.

• Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver, able to work independently and results-driven.

• Able to manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, direct others to meet goals and deadlines, and differentiate between the “urgent” and “important” priorities

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities; able to pivot quickly and work in ambiguous situations.

• Ability to communicate complex/technical topics in ordinary terms.

• Strong Business Process documentation skills preferred, experience in project management a plus.

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $95,00 to $136,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,250 to $157,033 per year.
