What You'll Do:  

The Data Integration Lead is a remote position responsible for successfully implementing all customer data integrations. While this role is very customer focused, the most successful candidate will be an innovator and contributor to our engineering and product team helping us continually shape market-leading integration capabilities.   

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Participate and lead customer data integration conversations; including requirements gathering, project coordination, and issue resolution 

• Expertly gather customer requirements and analyze against system capabilities to develop successful customer data integrations 

• Evaluate, design, and document data exchange requirements, test plans, and standard operating procedures that reflect best practices of the organization 

• Negotiate best outcomes for data exchange blending customer and system requirements 

• Work hand in hand with Customer Success team to manage customer implementation and maintenance activities 

• Supports end-to-end execution and project management of data integrations; requirements, interface development coordination, testing, maintenance, and production support 

• Provide expert level customer data reporting and analysis to ensure data integrations are effectively working  

• Provide expert level input into product and engineering processes to shape tools and processes that create customer, business, and market value 

• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements and Experience:  

• 5+ years of relevant work experience. Healthcare data and relevant domain experience preferred  

• 3+ years managing projects 

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree  

• Proven, skillful implementation experience in managing customers and projects to success  

• Strong understanding of different file formats and data structures  

• Hands-on experience with file and API integrations and necessary analysis work to ensure system-to-system mappings of data and use cases are accurate  

• Proven experience with test plan creation and execution to ensure data exchanges are accurately mapped between systems and business use cases are effectively recognized by each system  

• Proven experience with data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, etc.  

• Proven experience with ETL processes and relational databases  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills  

• Excellent customer-oriented management skills  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
