363361BR Associate Director, PSC Operations Job Description By 2023, Patient Specialty Services PSS is projected to support over 1.4 million patients and impact nearly $4B of Novartis's US Pharma revenue. PSS provides mission critical support to Novartis brands by helping patients access medications needed to improve their health. The creation of an internal Engagement Center is a strategic priority for US Pharma. We have an incredible opportunity to formulate exciting new partnerships to deliver transformative patient services. The PSS team is uniquely positioned to help support our goal of providing appropriate medications to twice as many patients twice as fast. The Engagement Center will support all franchises by providing omni-channel customer support and patient access. By leveraging workforce management, technology, and through staff retention and engagement, it will ensure strong alignment with PSS brand goals. As an important member of the Patient Support Center Team, this individual's responsibility will include supporting the Operational teams in achieving key business objectives and growth targets through the management and coordination of business-critical work streams and events. Key job duties include planning, coordinating and managing strategy and field team operations, including implementation and ongoing maintenance of initiatives from PSS, Brand, Ops and Training. Operates with a solutions'-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, executive presence, and proactively takes initiative to problem solve. Major Accountabilities This role will include key direct responsibilities, including: *Accountable for proactively monitoring business performance and execution (including field force key indicators); recommending business solutions and course correction tactics as needed to drive performance, develops reporting mechanisms and key indicators to clearly communicate performance utilizing strong analytical skills *Work with PSS Data team to optimize and simplify reports *Lead for analyzing and interpreting data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), brand initiatives and making recommendations on strategy and tactics necessary to meet expectations, improve performance, increase productivity, and identify is-sues/opportunities and solutions. This includes working closely on these initiatives with the PSS analytics team. *Support the operational effectiveness of *Creates and manages processes to streamline workflow, adapts to continuous changes, prioritizes tasks, and stays ahead of the planning process and employs project plan tracking to ensure projects stay on task and timelines are met. *Assist in coordination & support and projects including training requirements, Busi-ness Reviews, projects and launches. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between 144,000.00 to 216,000.00 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
