Works collaboratively with LMG Leadership to administer and coordinate all operations for assigned practices in order to achieve and maintain clinical quality, financial viability, patient and visitor safety as well as service excellence and customer satisfaction. Individual is responsible for the supervision of Office Managers of the assigned practices. Individual is responsible for ensuring compliance with departmental operational through- put goals.

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related fields 2. Minimum of 3 years management experience in business, nursing, or healthcare related field 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 4. Possess advanced problem solving and team building skills 5. Able to recognize analyze and prioritize problems and make appropriate management decisions 6. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION
