_SCOPE OF POSITION:_
The Human Resource Intern will gain insight as to how the lifecycle of an employee works by seeing the start of an employee's career and the ending and what part each department (HR, IT, management) plays in those processes, as well as what impact that has on an employee. For an intern with an interest in HR, this will be a great look at these processes and a great way to get experience in HR.

Intern will work on an HR systems project that provides insight into the HR processes of onboarding new hires and offboarding terminated employees.
Intern will collaborate with these teams to create a consistent process for each experience and help build them the necessary tasks to be programmed in the Oracle system.
The intern will work with the Sr HRIS Analyst, HR professionals and the Oracle programming team to determine all of the many factors and processes that create the onboarding and offboarding experience.
Once programmed, the intern will assist with testing the processes and developing instructions for HR professionals and managers.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills – written & verbal
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation
