Responsible for accomplishing managements marketing objectives of attracting new business and expanding current company relationships. Develop plans for business revenue Growth, selling business banking products and services.{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}

- Makes retention and business development calls on existing and potential new clients. {style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Establishes priorities and prepares itineraries. {style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Documents calls and makes weekly call reports to supervisor. {style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Discuss client needs, problems or complaints with senior managers. {style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Arranges meetings between clients or prospective clients and appropriate financial institution representatives.{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Reviews lists, records, newspapers, etc., for business development leads. {style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Represents the financial institution in various civic and community functions to enhance its image and develop new business.{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Promotes favorable image of the financial institution in all business activities within the community.{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Assists in product and service development to ensure customer satisfaction and financial institution profitability. {style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
Job Requirements{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:12pt"}
- Bachelors degree in business, finance or related field OR work experience equivalent to job requirements{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- 2 years work experience in the banking or financial industry{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Basic understanding of financial institution policies and procedures{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
- Good communication, sales experience and public relation skills{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:1 pt"}
- Excellent interviewing and researching skills{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="line-height:107%"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
