POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the coordination of the organization's policies and procedures and regulatory activities. For policies and procedures, it includes providing assistance with maintenance of the organization's Policy Manager database; providing policy assistance; creating reports and providing data analysis on the policies in Policy Manager; and providing education assistance on the policy and procedure process and system. For regulatory activities it includes compiling and distributing the Monthly Issues Packet, maintaining the annual Statement of Economic Interests Log, coordinating new manager orientation, setting up and organizing the annual leadership development curriculum; and managing the Hogan assessment process.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing-or -related field
Minimum Experience
1-2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
