ICON Government and Public Health Solutions (IGP) is a full-service CRO specializing in preclinical through phase IV support of clinical research and clinical trial services for biologics, drugs, and devices. We help our customers get their products to market faster with an array of research, regulatory, and sponsor services. Globally, we respond rapidly to health crises and serve where few others do. IGP is recruiting for a Contractor Task Manager to assist our government customer in supporting the US Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) in Frederick, MD. The Contractor Task Manager will be responsible for participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.

Job Duties:

• Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.

• Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors.

• Manages one or more small to medium sized teams focused on a few or multiple areas. Low to Medium complexity.

Additional Job Duties:

• May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.

• Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.

• Manages risk tracking process.

• Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison

• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.

• Coordinates development of deliverables and products.

• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

• Participates in special projects as required.

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of related work experience

• US Citizenship required

• Ability to obtain a NACI (T1) public trust

• THIS IS A FEDERAL CONTRACT.
