Janitor

Role Details

• Minimum 1 year experience in a custodial capacity preferred.
• Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
• Followed procedures for cleaning assigned area. Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop and trash.
• Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms and break room area.
• Must be able to work independently and part of a team.
• Has experience with all type of janitorial equipment and make adjustment and minor repair.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
• Knowledge for cleaning chemical and supplies.
• Maintained strong work ethic, reliability, provide consistent quality work.
