Your responsibilities

• Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

• Review payments received and record deposits

• Settle accounts by reconciling entries

• Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

• Manage and review general ledger

• Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

• Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

• Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Bookkeeping

• Command of QuickBooks

• Strong familiarity with bank reconciliations
