Kenvue (https://www.jnj.com/kenvue) , part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies (Kenvue) is undertaking a major strategic transformation of our Identity and Access Management landscape over the next 3 years. This role will be within our Kenvue Cyber Organization, working at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology platform/program delivery. It could be office-based or remote in US or EMEA with a capability to overlap 5 hours into Skillman, NJ business day.

As an Identity and Access Management Information Security Analyst, you will support activities that enable access and provisioning for all workforce identities to all assets across the business. You will review, analyze, and support capabilities like identity creation, lifecycle management, group creation and provisioning, authentication, governance, and identity reporting.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in analyzing, designing, programming, implementing, and integrating computer applications that provision identities or integrate with identity systems.

  • Contributes to concept design specifications for existing systems.

  • Troubleshoots existing and new program applications.

  • Installs and conduct basic tests on information technology hardware and software.

  • Basic understanding of how identity services integrate with information management applications including data networking, database design, hardware and software configuration, software development, systems design, training, and security.

  • Performs support aspects of application development, from analysis through implementation.

  • Compiles and stores necessary documentation, application designs, project plans, and computer code.

  • Assists in supporting current systems and implements new features as requested.

  • Reads and interprets computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration.

  • Provides preliminary research on and implements applications upgrades, enhancements, and required modifications to keep current and meet the end-user needs.

  • Supports the maintenance of local area networks and wide area networks utilizing basic network management applications and common industry diagnostic tools and technologies.

  • Partners with security and technology teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and products for potential in the IAM ecosystem. .

  • Delivers high quality work outcomes and customer service in a high-pressure, fast paced setting to meet company needs.

  • Develops knowledge and understanding of key identity capabilities across multiple platforms (Microsoft, Ping, Radiant, OneIdentity).

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by track-record of successful enterprise experience.

  • A 6-month previous co-op or internship experience – information technology, data analytics fields highly preferred

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and lead multiple activities concurrently is required. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills are required

  • Ability to craft strong, collaborative working relationships and encourage creative solutions to accomplish team goals is required

  • Basic knowledge of databases, scripting or programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) or cloud platform capabilities (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Proficiency in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required
