Product Manager (COBRA)
Location: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live in within 50 miles of our Cary, North Carolina location. Will consider any state if within 50 Miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location.
The Product Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of new products within existing market/product lines.
How you will make an impact
Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
Recommends and implements long-term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.
Coordinates presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development.
Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
Work with Product Directors and others to refine the value story for products.
Defining goals and KPIs for prioritized initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities
MBA preferred.
Health or managed care experience preferred, COBRA knowledge or experience highly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
An understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures, including agile approaches is preferred.
Jira and Salesforce preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $67,120 to $120,816
