As our new Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the Enterprise Business Systems team. For our new Salesforce rollout and future business systems implementations, you will expand on key initiatives on maximizing our levels of efficiency and progress. Additionally, with much of our work involving new system implementation, a level of administrative capabilities will be a key area of focus during our interview process.
Core Focuses in this Position:
You will be part of a dynamic team whose responsibility is managing the lifecycle of projects in our business systems environments
You will be supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ initiatives as well as other enterprise business systems aside from CRM
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions
Document business processes, business requirements and solution designs for Salesforce platform
Consult with business and IT partners to strategize, plan and implement needed projects within designated time and budget constraints
Key responsibilities include gathering, soliciting, and recommending ongoing enhancements to internal systems including the CRM (Salesforce), quoting and ordering systems
Perform gap analysis between business requirements and CRM functionality
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
Take on the responsibility as project managers, project owners and lead projects as necessary on projects
Key Skillsets We'll Be Evaluating:
4-7 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
Comfort aligning to Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
Focused work within a Salesforce environment
Demonstrated experience managing business and user requirements to enable implementation of changes effectively
Within a CRM platform, we'll evaluate your analytical mindset & priority management on:
CRM role hierarchy and Profile/Permission Sets
Ability to build flows, process automations and related configuration
Configurative development including designing of Custom Objects, Custom fields and relationships, role-based page layouts, custom tabs, custom reports, data access control, validation rules, flows, process builder, approval processes and email alerts is desirable
Experience as a functional team member on a major implementation, including experience facilitating analysis and design working sessions with business representatives
