Your Role:
Ready to make an impact! This highly visible/valued, customer facing, hybrid sales leadership position is responsible for revenue growth within the assigned territory, collaborating with Major Account Executives and initiating personal sales activity focused on selling solutions into Enterprise/Major Market accounts.
Assists sales team up-sell or cross-sell SaaS services and products
Train and consult on best practices and conduct employee training
Analyze data, set, and achieve sales/revenue goals to promote sustainable growth
Support MAE training initiatives through participation in product and sales training workshops acting as the product expert where appropriate
Attend and participate in account planning sessions and opportunity review sessions ensuring alignment across broader sales team (pre-sales/technical sales resources)
Partner with Service and Professional Services teams to maintain an appropriate handoff from pre to post sale activity and ensure customer satisfaction
Engage in continued education through the attendance of market lead webinars, reading industry publications and reviewing competitive websites
What You Bring:
2-3 years in a customer success, sales or other client facing roles
Experience supporting a SaaS products/software industry
CRM software experience, Salesforce preferred
Analytical skills, with experience in Excel or BI platform
Strong project management and individual organizational skills
Client-facing experience delivering customer success playbooks across software training, operationalization, and services development and execution
Ability to interact with customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work experience
