The Hospital Global Marketing Launch Brands team supports our novel anti-bacterial and anti-fungal portfolios, currently including Zavicefta and Cresemba.
Anti-microbial resistance (AMR) is a global problem, with deaths expected to exceed 50 million by 2050. The highest unmet need is for effective therapies that address difficult-to-treat-drug-resistant cases. ATM-AVI is a breakthrough in the treatment of Multi-Drug Resistant (MDR) pathogens. Currently, in Phase III of development, ATM-AVI is a first-in-class monobactam and beta-lactamase inhibitor (BLI) combination with Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacterales (CRE) activity, unmatched clinical efficacy, and a superior safety profile for first-line use in patients infected with suspected or documented MBL-producing Enterobacterales.
Adding to the rapidly expanding Pfizer Anti-Infectives portfolio, ATM-AVI has seen a 130% increase in valuation and a 20% increase in peak revenue year over year. It is an exciting time to join the Hospital Global Marketing team as we prepare for the first launch in Europe in Q2 2024, followed by the rest of the world (Pfizer's scope is ex-US, AbbVie owns the US rights for ATM-AVI).
This role provides a unique opportunity to join the Hospital team and start planning for its next global launch (2024 and onwards.
The ATM-AVI Global Senior Manager will report to the Vice President, Hospital Global Marketing Launch Brands Lead, and will work hand by hand with the ATM-AVI Global Asset Lead to guarantee a successful launch of the asset.
The ATM-AVI Senior Manager will support the ATM-AVI global team to ensure successful global launch introductions and global growth of the asset in launched markets as well as supporting all the pre-launch activities,
He/she will support the development of promotional resources, using the new Glocal 2.0 approach, leveraging market insights, and partnering for adoption with the local marketing teams and commercial offices to ensure consistent brand presence globally and get markets ready for launch.
In this role, The ATM-AVI Senior Manager will fully own selected projects and serve as support for other strategic activities:
Led the Global Launch Project Management for ATM-AVI at a global level , with overarching responsibility and ownership for launch excellence methodology, including:
Management of DLPP and other launch excellence tools to keep launch milestones up to date from a Global Perspective.
Support Business Cases Creation for the Launch of Emblaveo in new markets across EM and IDM.
Work hand by hand with EM and IDM commercial office.
Led and Coordinate the Brand's Internal Communication Strategy
Create, Coordinate, and Implement the internal communication strategy with the Communities of practice, including the AIC IDM Community and EM AI community.
Support the internal launch and brand communication strategy with the Global Asset lead.
Support the communication strategy of the Glocal Tables and other Glocal Forums in conjunction with the ATM-AVI Brand Director.
Support the direct development of global marketing tactics/deliverables, including.
Promotional materials and resources, including relevant CCD update
Training materials in partnership with GCO
Support the digital omnichannel strategy for the asset(s), proposing innovative go-to-market model specific to the unique challenges to be addressed
Internal communications, including brand newsletter and patient success tracking/sharing.
Prepare Performancemetrics (KPIs, Dashboards) tomonitorthe launch
Support Global Asset Lead in developing the annual Strategic Brand Guidance (SBG) Document & Operational Plan, including tactical elements.
Supportthedevelopment of culture, behaviors,mindset,and capabilities needed toreinforce the role ofPfizer asa Leader in the fight against infections.
Establish strong working relationships with priority local markets (pre-launch and launch), Regional Commercial Leads,in-market launch Navigators,EM implementation leads,LNGto ensure effective launch planning, understand risks and opportunities,providesupport and guidance asrequiredand ensure operational excellence and execution.
Work collaboratively with other TAs and BUs as needed to ensure aligned approaches to key customer groups e.g., Vaccines
Approach all tasks with integrity andalways comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Experience
At least 7 years of pharmaceutical or marketing experience with knowledge of the industry and healthcare environment
Prior brand marketing background (global/ regional / country level) with a strong history of achievement and performance.
Strong project management skills, launch experience a plus
Demonstrated track record of success in delivering top-line revenue growth and bottom-line performance
Strong interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience working with different functions and across cultures and partnering with colleagues who represent a diverse selection of experiences and skills
Out-of-the-box thinker, change agile
Marketing skills to manage a flagship brand
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams in complex matrix environments.
Experience in marketing Anti-Infective productsor specialty productsto hospital customersis a plusbut not required

Qualifications
University degree in Science, Health Sciences, Marketing or Business
MBAor advanced degree is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex scientific content and epidemiology data and use that to articulate a well-defined commercial opportunity

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,900.00 to $189,700.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
