Role Details

Volkswagen Saco is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Appointment Coordinator to our Service team. You will be setting service appointments for customers for our Services advisor's at the dealership. This is a full time position focusing on customer service and customer handling. It also involves processing payments for outside vendors and helping with departmental filing etc. We are well known for our rapid growth and focus on our employees. Pay is starting at $18/hr with monthly bonuses

• Respond to customer inquiries immediately.

• Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.

• Set appointments for our customers.

• Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer.

• Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.

• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.

• Cashier duties

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

• Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.

• Superior communication and customer service skills

• Excellent follow-through skills

• Solid working knowledge of the Internet

• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

• High School Diploma or equivalent
