Red River offers an accelerated development program for recent college graduates with technical and business degrees. The program includes intensive training where participants will build business, technical, customer service, and consulting skills to meet the demands of our growing customer base. Participants will be assigned a dedicated mentor that will assist throughout the program and in the planning of a custom career path.
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) drives user adoption and business value from applications through configuration and customization. Supporting one or multiple applications for internal and customer use such as ERP, CRM, ITSM, and HRIS the BSA focuses on solving business needs through automation and efficiency. Following internal software development lifecycle (SDLC) protocols the BSA will contribute to requirements definition, configuration, light customization, quality assurance, and training efforts for application enhancements.
Primary Position Tasks:
Responsible for configuration and light customization of designated application(s)
Identify new areas for improvement in support of business needs
Support end users through training and issue resolution
Monitor application metrics and user adoption
Coordinate larger customization projects with consultants and vendors as needed
Contribute to project documentation
Other business duties as assigned
Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
BS or BA in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Analytical skills and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate datasets

Desk Position: This position is an office position that requires sitting at a desk for multiple hours throughout the workday.

Up to 10% travel, subject to change as business permits.
POSITION SALARY RANGE: $40,000 - $55,000.00
