Description:\ We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Enablement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in CAE, finite element analysis, dynamics, fatigue, and durability. With a growth mindset, the role will focus on driving business growth through new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with the sales and product development teams and help pursue new business

Responsibilities:  Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fatigue, durability, and loads management sectors\ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry organizations\ Develop and execute business growth strategies in the fatigue, durability, and loads management sectors\ Translate customer requirements and market trends into product development priorities\ Manage and plan the overall business enablement and growth efforts, including setting and tracking progress against goals\ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows\ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and provide regular updates to the senior management team\ Qualifications:  20+ years of relevant experience in fatigue and durability topics with a focus on CAE and FEA tools\ Strong technical understanding of CAE and FEA, including Adams, Apex, Marc, LSDyna, CAEfatigue, Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, as well as any other commercial fatigue codes\ We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
