THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will provide clerical support for the Commission Office at Park Racing & Casino Race Track (Philadelphia Park Racetrack) to ensure operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. Your duties include data entry to the PA Horse Racing Commission Licensing database and maintenance of licensee information, collection of license fees and fines, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 Hour work week.
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday; with a 30-minute lunch.
The work schedule is vendor controlled and hours may be determined by the racing schedule.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title);or
Graduation from high school;or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
