Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager

Role Details

A Kforce client is seeking an Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. This client is a healthcare organization with a good work/life balance. They offer a competitive benefits package that includes healthcare, and 403B with match. Management provides fantastic mentorship and training. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days a week in the office. Responsibilities will include:

• The Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager will coordinate, direct and supervise accounting and analysis activities

• Produce financial reports

• Maintain account reconciliations

• Research technical accounting and document conclusions

• The Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager will maintain and develop accounting policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA license

• 5 years of related experience

• Detail oriented

• Excellent interpersonal skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
