SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Case Manager is to strategically place youth at on-the-job training sites and provide the necessary support for success and advancement. This individual will provide designated youth workplace readiness & etiquette, resume building, interview preparation and orientation. The Case Manager will work closely with the Program Coordinator as well as DYS staff. REQUIREMENTS: Associate\'s degree and/or 3+ years of related experience required. Bachelor?s Degree preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Valid driver?s license with reliable transportation. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide quality case management services to program participants to include identifying & addressing barriers to employment. Place youth at on-the-job training sites which align with their training and needs. Provide career coaching to participants through career development support including but not limited to job readiness, conducting mock interviews, resume & cover letter writing. Develop outreach and recruitment strategies to obtain on-the-job training opportunities for participants. Maintain case notes and files for all participants. Process youth payroll, collect/verify timesheets, submit to fiscal department, distribute checks.
