Responsible for the proper operation of machine equipment according to design specifications and company quality standards
$1000 Sign-on Bonus Available**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Basic operation of most extrusion equipment.
Monitor extruder and other auxiliary equipment.
Record machine settings as directed by Supervisor.
Check and document product specifications as determined by Quality Assurance and Supervisor.
Verify accuracy of print line.
Monitor material levels in hoppers.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to follow directions.
Must be able to use calipers, micrometer, microscope, and other measuring tools.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up 35 pounds individually, and 80 lbs. with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
