New England Truck Center is seeking to hire skilled and motivated Heavy-Duty Master Technicians for our repair shop in Exeter NH. Competitive wages up to $30 hourly plus Sign-On BONUS of $1,500
Experience in a multi-brand facility is preferred. We are looking for techs that have a great attitude and strong work ethic and a desire to be a part of a forward-looking team in a growing company.
NH State Inspection License
Our technicians generally work full-time covering shop hours of Monday-Friday; Overtime hours may be available for highly motivated, flexible and productive technicians.
This position reports directly to the Shop Foreman.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Engine and power train repair.
Hydraulic diagnostics and repair.
Machine inspection and services.
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to all customers.
Requirements:
Strong mechanical knowledge – working knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, track systems, undercarriage, electrical and fuel systems.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Ability to meet physical requirements.
Valid Driver’s License.
CDL License Preferred.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Other desired qualities are: strong communication, organized, energetic, motivated, creative, ability to think critically and solve problems.
High School Diploma, Vocational or GED.
Experience:
Mechanical Knowledge: 5 years (required)
Heavy Equipment Diagnostic: 5 years (required)
