The LPN Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities: This LPN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants. One year prior nursing experience preferred.

Job Specific Details:

ProMedica of Centerville is actively recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for FULL-TIME LPN positions. Our LPNs work 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am on a master schedule rotation of every three weeks. Our LPNs work every third weekend (versus the standard every other weekend). Our LPNs work every other holiday (of our 6 recognized holidays; New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). We do not require our LPNs to be on-call (though the option is available with a bonus incentive).
