Kforce has a client that is seeking a HR Operations Analyst in Beaverton, OR.You will be supporting our People Solutions Operations team and larger HR initiatives through:
Business Intelligence Data and Reporting Requests: Creating and delivering business-critical data through recurring and ad hoc reports, report automation, dashboards, analysis, and general data questions
Foundational Data Support: Ensuring data in dashboards and reports is available, accurate and complete; Providing customers access to existing reports and dashboards
Customer Training: Providing customers training on existing dashboards and reports
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
2 years of experience with reporting, data management and relational database, preferably in Human Resources
Experience with HR ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics is required
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to lean in on critical tasks and get things done
Knowledge of tools and systems like Tableau, Alteryx, Spinifex, SAP, and Smartsheet a plus
Experience in training others to use technology systems is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
