Position Summary:

As a Recruiting Specialist, your focus will be to identify the highest quality talent for the organization. We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist who will drive the success of all salaried recruitment activity and funnel talent into our pipeline within multiple work streams. This is a high-impact role that requires an individual that possesses excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, and presentation abilities. These skills will be used to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver tailored recruiting solutions across multiple business areas. Candidates must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, growth environment with a positive entrepreneurial culture. The unique combination of executive presence, passion and commitment is what we are looking for.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically partner with internal HR and functional hiring teams helping them to define, develop and implement recruiting strategy that matches their business needs

• Build annual recruitment plans with assistance from the Sr. Manager, Recruiting and Department Leads or their direct reports as appropriate. Validate these recruitment plans match the agreed budget

• To operate a structured recruitment program to fulfill business needs and to ensure that vacancies are filled in priority order

• Maintain status updates for all positions and communicate updates to hiring managers and HR Team, as needed

• Ensure that the most effective method of hiring is used and that this reflects the business environment. At times of peak hiring agencies may be used to access greater numbers of candidates and to accelerate hiring. When hiring is slower it is anticipated that agencies will not be needed except in particularly hard to hire roles

• Manage all local relationships with agencies, ensure that there are agreed and signed terms and conditions in place and that they are working to our requirements

• Draft recruitment advertisements and materials for LinkedIn and other social media, ensuring that any general Company information is consistent with Company brand

• Demonstrate proactive, creative sourcing and networking strategies to identify top candidates

• Work closely with the HR Manager & Compensation Manager to prepare an adequate offer package in line with budget and benchmark

• Ensure a seamless process between offer, contracts and preparations for on-boarding with local HR to include all pre-employment preparation and screening

• Deliver, Track and review hiring statistics, create reports, and process analysis in order to understand trends and hiring results

• Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

• To gain feedback from the HR Manager from the exit interviews to build in improvements to the hiring process if applicable

• Provide training for all employees actively involved in interviewing and the hiring of new staff to ensure they are able to confidently ask searching questions and that they understand the legal requirements when assessing potential hires

• To comply with all relevant US Labor Laws

• Align recruiting strategies with company diversity and inclusion initiatives

• Develop relationships with other BBU recruiters to share leads and best practices

Job Requirements

Education and Work History:

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Labor Relations or equivalent

• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and/or progressive recruiting experience

• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing and partnering at all levels of a company in a corporate setting

• Experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search

• Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to multi-task and self-manage

• Experience with behavior based interviewing techniques

• Understand and experience in advertising to and sourcing candidates in multitude of creative ways including social media

• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting work

• Must be proactive, flexible and adaptable to anticipate and plan for problems

• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with a desire and ability to develop relationships and network

• Ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers

• Skilled at using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as applicant tracking systems

• Ability to occasionally travel to support business needs
