UKG is seeking a highly energetic, sales-focused Presales Solution Consultant. In this position, you will work hand in hand with the SMB Pro Team in helping drive additional business. You will be part of a highly motivated professional team and will represent the ongoing cutting-edge technology that is part of UKG’s unique culture. You will play an integral role in impacting sales success to our current customer base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with UKG Pro Product(s).

• Flexible, dependable, and capable of operating at a high rate of delivery with little direction

• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge which you leverage when solving our customer’s business challenges

• Assess customer’s business challenges and current business environments and translate them into UKG’s solutions

• Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization

• Readily exchange ideas so we can innovate, adapt and continually improve our performance

• BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred

• Presales/solution consulting experience preferred

• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to tailor communication style to different levels within an organization including C-level

• Strategic, collaborative, and influential
