Summary

Provides ongoing support for the Product and Material Qualification (PMQ) process required for new product launches and provides support for bottling operations. Responsible for supporting all administrative and data related activities needed for the team including data entry, data correction, generating reports, and participating in workflows for ERP new products system setup.

Essential Functions

This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

  • Participate daily in cross-functional review and engineering approval of artwork in preparation for printing.

  • Participate daily in a cross-functional workflow for packaging component setup in SAP.

  • Provide packaging data as needed for capital and continuous improvement projects.

  • Use Oracle cloud filters to generate required packaging reports for cross functional use.

  • Maintain and update packaging department standard work files.

  • Support data sheet standardization across all bottling lines.

  • Provide data verification by cross referencing multiple data sources to generate accurate reporting.

  • Recognize patterns, identify errors and analyze data against requirements.

  • Support all data entry needs on behalf of packaging engineering and bottling performance engineering teams.

  • Manages the agenda and coordinates meetings for the PMQ alignment process.

  • Provide testing and production support to the packaging engineers as needed.

  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.

  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of engineering, supply chain, supplier development, procurement, or operations experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Skilled in using MS Excel at an intermediate level.

  • Experienced using SAP.

  • Skilled in reviewing, correcting and summarizing data and cross referencing multiple data sources.

  • Required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree + 1 year experience in engineering, supply chain, supplier development, procurement, or operations; OR

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of engineering, supply chain, supplier development, procurement, or operations experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Skilled in using MS Excel at an advanced level.

  • Familiar with technical terminology and data related to packaging engineering.

  • Skilled in reading, analyzing, and interpreting various technical drawings and documents.

  • Skilled in presenting issues in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience working with and participating in cross-functional decision-making processes with all levels and functions within the company.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $44,190 - $73,700

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
