Responsibilities include: goal planning and progress reporting, and activities promoting skill development required to enhance and maintain healthy living (examples include making and keeping important appointments with healthcare providers, menu planning, laundry, grocery shopping, social skill development, and providing support for ADL). Engages and supports program participants in residential, recovery-oriented activities, recreational, social, and community events{style="font-family:" times="" new="" roman\",serif\"=""}{style="font-size:10.0pt"}{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="tab-stops:list .5in"}{style="line-height:normal"}{style="font-size:11pt"}

Teaches skills that support program participants with daily living skills and meeting daily living needs such as shopping, laundry, housekeeping, transportation, etc.{style="font-family:" times="" new="" roman\",serif\"=""}{style="font-size:10.0pt"}{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="tab-stops:list .5in"}{style="line-height:normal"}{style="font-size:11pt"}

Implements designated goal activities in coordination with the Service Coordinator or Director/Coordinator{style="font-family:" times="" new="" roman\",serif\"=""}{style="font-size:10.0pt"}{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="tab-stops:list .5in"}{style="line-height:normal"}{style="font-size:11pt"}

Provides crisis intervention supports{style="font-family:" times="" new="" roman\",serif\"=""}{style="font-size:10.0pt"}{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="tab-stops:list .5in"}{style="line-height:normal"}{style="font-size:11pt"}

Conducts light: housekeeping, disinfecting, yard maintenance and snow removal on sidewalks and emergency exits{style="font-family:" times="" new="" roman\",serif\"=""}{style="font-size:10.0pt"}{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="tab-stops:list .5in"}{style="line-height:normal"}{style="font-size:11pt"}

Provides emotional support to program participants{style="font-family:" times="" new="" roman\",serif\"=""}{style="font-size:10.0pt"}{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="tab-stops:list .5in"}{style="line-height:normal"}{style="font-size:11pt"}

Monitors program participants physical and mental health and report relevant information to the service coordinator or Director/Coordinator{style="font-family:" times="" new="" roman\",serif\"=""}{style="font-size:10.0pt"}{style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"}{style="tab-stops:list .5in"}{style="line-height:normal"}{style="font-size:11pt"}
