Our Seattle office is currently seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be very organized, have strong business acumen, great client/customer service, and have a strong handle on new software and technologies. JOB SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, provides administrative support to the Process Improvement Team. Maintains project files, assists with project tracking and documentation. Assists team with research for improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs day-to-day administrative support tasks for the department including but not limited to typing, formatting and producing documents and reports, distributing correspondence, preparing and maintaining files and arranging meetings.
Updates and maintains intranet and other file sharing sites with current information as requested. Maintains Case Study Library of completed Process Improvement Initiatives.
Performs simple to complex maintenance of day-to-day support tasks for the department, including pipeline project and case study review.
Assists with project tracking by updating project logs, task lists and resource allocations as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree required plus one year relevant experience. Bachelor degree preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
None.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $21.63 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $26.44 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
