This position may be based in New Brunswick, NJ with remote work options to be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

The Manager of North America Compensation Operations will be responsible for:

  • Provide consultation to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and line leaders with respect to compensation matters, including but not limited to, job evaluation/leveling, offers, year-round compensation, retention programs, and recognition.

  • Providing compensation operations support on a day-to-day basis for North America.

  • Partner with business partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all compensation programs as well as ensure early identification of key issues.

  • Independently lead manage day-to-day tasks, initiatives and projects.

  • Ensure appropriate documentation of all activities and that Service Level Agreements are adhered to.

  • Ensure metrics are being tracked and adhered to.

  • Continuously evaluate processes to find opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Perform other duties as assigned (e.g. Oversee Survey Management & Salary Structures Processes.)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of meaningful in a compensation or HR/Business Operations equivalent role is required.

  • Candidates are required to be culturally sensitive, drive for results, be articulate and have proven leadership skills.

  • Candidates are required to have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, outstanding team work and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.

  • Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred as majority of clients will not be located onsite.

  • Project management experience (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, milestones, deliverable charts) is preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, and reporting tools is preferred.

  • This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
