What Do We Do?\ Business Unit: Digital Technology\ Our team is responsible to improve manufacturing productivity using Digital Technology Solutions like Sensor enabled data collection, analysis, and Machine Learning.
Ongoing Projects\ Create a Digital Data Platform to consolidate the data from Multiple Manufacturing Systems and apply Data Science principles to improve productivity and quality.\ Implement Sensors on Machines to run Vibration Analysis to predict machine failures.
Your Role as an Intern\ You will be a part of a dynamic team, completing project work in the following areas:\ Master Data Management - Sensors, Machines, Equipment.\ Preventative Maintenance - Accountability, Completion, Follow-up.\ Predictive Maintenance - Data Analysis, Machine Learning.

What Do We Require?\ You must be:\ Currently enrolled in a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree program majoring in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a minimum 3.0 GPA.\ Experienced in: Master Data Management, ERP, Data Modeling/Analysis, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Project Management.\ Willing and able to work on-site at our Reading, PA location.\ US Citizen or US Green Card Holder.
Pay Range\ Hourly rates are based on: 1 - Program of study; 2 - Degree type (i.e., Bachelor\'s, Master\'s); 3 - Progression in degree (i.e., 1st year, 2nd year, etc.). Interns enrolled in a bachelor\'s degree program will be paid \$18.50-\$23.50 per hour; interns enrolled in a master\'s degree program will be paid \$27-\$30.
Commuting/Housing Assistance (If Eligible)\ Interns who must commute to work from outside the immediate Reading, PA area (over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of \$2,400 (less applicable taxes) as excessive commute allowance. Interns who choose to temporarily relocate from outside the immediate Reading, PA area (moving over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of \$4,800 (less applicable taxes) as a housing allowance. If applicable, this payment would be made during the first payroll cycle, which would be three or four weeks following the internship start date.
