BCI seeks a temporary salaried Project Coordinator to assist in rolling out an enterprise security initiative between the months of January 2023 - June 2023.

This position will work hand-in-hand with our Learning and Development team to ensure a seamless and streamlined process for the implementation of a state-of-the-art incident management program for over 3000+ employees. The ideal candidate will be skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include working closely with our lead Project Manager and Trainers to prepare comprehensive project management plans, including resources, schedules, and documentation for the effort. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule training facilities, coordinate collection of completed training attestations, and maintaining other documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients, end users, and internal teams to support the implementation of software products and project management. This position will be great for someone who is meticulous when it comes to organization and communication across various levels and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator's duties will ultimately be to ensure that all project's tasks are accounted for, organized to meet project goals, and have the necessary support to be completed.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages the implementation and training plan for the Resolver Core project

  • Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information

  • Liaisons with clients to understand schedules, training needs, and resources

  • Works collaboratively with the project working group to analyze risks and identify opportunities

  • Monitors project progress and handle any issues that arise

  • Acts as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

  • Works with the Project Manager to ensure delivery of the project by the designated timeline

  • Create sand maintains project documentation, plans, and reports

  • Other duties as required to meet project goals

Qualifications

  • Be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED

  • Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)

  • The legal right to work in the United States

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role

  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

  • Experience working in time critical and fast-paced programs

  • Ability to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action
