Specifically, this involves the development of the technical projects scope considering, which considers interdependencies to other projects in a holistic view. The scope shall address the business' needs in terms of capacity and capabilities, in order to accommodate the expected growth. This requires close collaboration with critical stakeholders in the business and operations organization. <br> <br>You will be responsible for using formal project management processes and tools in accordance MilliporeSigma's standards, to manage internal/external resources, budget, risks and scope. As part of the project reporting and communication you will have exposure to upper management. <br> <br>You contribute to the execution of the LS strategy and will support the strategic development of the Life Science operations network. The position is located in Lenexa, Kansas, USA. <br> <br> <b>Who you are:</b> <br> <br> <b>Minimum Qualifications:</b> <br> <ul> <li>You have a university degree in life science, engineering or supply chain management, MBA preferred</li> <li>PMP certification is required</li></ul> <br> <b>Preferred Qualifications:</b> <br> <ul> <li>You are fluent in English and have a profound knowledge of quality regulations</li> <li>You have >8 years of professional experience in project/program management</li> <li>You have demonstrated that you can engage stakeholders, extract and refine business and technical requirements of an initiative. You are experienced in building detailed project proposals and the supporting business cases to enable leadership approval </li> <li>You have demonstrated experience in civil/construction projects and/or technology transfers as well as a history of successfully executed larger technical investment projects (10M$-100M$) as project lead</li> <li>You have excellent communication skills in order to manage the stakeholders</li> <li>You have the ability to set up effective project teams/-structures and set realistic, challenging objectives for the project team and effectively lead teams to achieving those project goals </li> <li>You can analyze complex situations in order to develop solutions</li> <li>You are result driven, inclusive and can identify required resources and stakeholders</li></ul> <br> <b>What we offer: </b>We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
