Business Change Manager Sr -Dental Implementation
Location: Aligned to an Elevance Health office, with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsible for the documentation of business processes impacting the dental implementation team by working with management and business partners to identify projects/processes impacting the implementation business flow.
How you will make an impact:
Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices.
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.
Experience and knowledge in healthcare or managed care is preferred.
Experience and knowledge in WGS, Salesforce and SharePoint highly preferred.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams strongly preferred.
Ability to organize work, set and manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive manner is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, inquisitive, creative and displays a passion for being a problem solver, being a leader, hit the ground running, demonstrated assertive decision making style and have superior interpersonal skills strongly preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties.
Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $87,120 to $156,816
