About the Role

As a Benefits Administration Services Analyst, you will use deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations. You will impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.

Responsibilities

• Triaging, researching, and responding to participant issues. (i.e. eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery)

• Triaging and researching system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.

• Reviewing benefit reports, including Business Requirements Document (BRD), and acting as needed.

• Performing peer review on work completed by other peers.

• Interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders, including the client.

• Contributing to and projects.

• Complying with all policies and standards.

• Supporting Ad-Hoc reporting requests

• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Have formal education AND/OR relevant expertise in a Health and Welfare Administration.

• Have strong written and oral communication skills.

• Able to complete work self-guided.

Able to adapt to tight timelines and changing priorities. Flexible Working

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is 46k-61k.
