Cooperative Elder Services, Inc. (CESI) supports aging with dignity in the community. We are a non-profit, multi-site Adult Day Health service provider. Our specialty is serving people with memory and cognitive impairments.

Role Type: Part Time

Role Outline

We are seeking RNs to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team. Responsible for participant assessment, medication management, care planning, family support, and staff education.

Availability

Monday: Morning, Afternoon

Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon

Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon

Thursday: Morning, Afternoon

Friday: Morning, Afternoon

Requirements

Applicants to this role must meet these requirements

• Current RN license in MA
• Current CPR and First Aid certification

Tasks

These tasks may be a part of your duties

• Participant assessment
• Medication management
• Care Planning
• Family Support
• Staff education
• Collaborate with other staff nurses, social services, and programming staff

Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have some proficiency in the following knowledge areas

• Working with the elderly
• Using computers
