Role Details

I am actively hiring for a PART TIME administrative assistant with start up wholesaler!

Must haves:

-Microsoft Office proficiency: excel and office functions

-Ability to work independently

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work environment:

-Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm

-Office setting

-Industrial space, office in front where you will work and warehouse in the back

-30 minute lunch break

Description:

-Answering calls and replying to emails for current and prospective customers.

-Emails and calls will be comprised of customer requests, routing information, and inquiries.

-Entering customer and business expenses into Quickbooks.

-Responsible for ordering office and business supplies to sustain day to day operations.

-Tracking expenses and customer orders in excel.

-Assisting the founder in day to day tasks to assure that business is running smoothly.
